Study skills are a big part of learning. 
You need to learn more words, but how?
I am trying to sneak in different study skills methods into our classes but frankly the way you record your words is much your own domain. 
But, hey, maybe what you do is not very effective; or could be improved?
That's why I've started working on a course with a working titled - Improve your study skills. It's a big project, which will take a while to finish. But, since I have been working hard on that I want to give you a glimpse of what it might be about.
That's why I am offering you one session called Synonyms, Antonyms, Collocations and MindMapping. During this session we will be working on your notes, improving your study materials, and learning or revising vocabulary. 
I believe, ... no I know it will be beneficial for you.

I'm offering this session for 1 or max 2 people now. 
I'm offering it for FREE.
All you need to do is write me why you think you want to take this session. 
Not an essay; a few sentences. Don't worry I know your level of English and I can assure you it won't be a hindrance.
I am going to read every entry and then I am going to choose 1 (or maybe 2).
The session will take place in January but I am waiting for your entries till Sunday 8th December.

There will be a Christmas break from 23rd December to 1st January.
I'm not planning to hold any regular classes during this festive period.
