• Catch-up sessions are available only if a class is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations are not eligible for a catch-up.
  • Catch-up sessions must be scheduled and used within one month of the cancelled class. Unused sessions expire.
  • Catch-up slots are shared by all students and may be taken quickly. Please check the schedule regularly.
  • Booking a catch-up session is the student’s responsibility.
If you don't book a catch-up option, please note that the session will be considered completed and fully paid, in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract.
