Small Reflections FOR Advent

Today, I found myself thinking about how to make this Advent season—and maybe just life in general—a bit better. While I was out walking in the woods, it was such a beautiful day, and I felt so grateful for so many things. It made me stop and think about where I am in life, about my heart and mind, and how I relate to others.
I decided that during this Advent season, I’m going to take a moment every day to reflect—a small thought or observation, nothing big or complicated. And I thought, why not invite you to join me? Maybe it’ll spark something for you too—a thought, a little action, or even a small change.
I believe in changes. They don’t have to be huge, but they can add up and make a difference. I’m really looking forward to this season hoping it brings just that.
