Why the idea of the course?
My journey into this area started some time ago, when I studied psychology — a path I later decided not to complete. Still, my curiosity about people and the way we think, feel, and grow never left me. Over time, I continued to build my knowledge through different courses: I completed a program in positive psychology, a course on personalities with Jordan Peterson, and most recently, a certification in horticultural therapy. These subjects are close to my heart, and I see them not only as personal passions but also as part of my professional development. Every year, I continue to explore new areas connected to human wellbeing and communication. While I am not a psychologist or therapist, my role is to support professionals in these fields in transferring their knowledge into English — smoothly, confidently, and in a way that reflects the sensitivity their work requires. |

IMPORTANT
This is the basic framework, but your input as a participant shapes the course. Depending on what you bring to the table and what you most need to practice, we will adjust the focus — so the course develops around your goals and the skills you want to strengthen. |
