Here’s what you need to know:

1. Quizlet Vocabulary Test in January
   Start preparing now to ensure you’re ready! No excuses please!
   
2. Christmas Break
   The break runs from Tuesday, December 24th to Thursday, December 26th (inclusive), then follows on 30th December to 1 January (inclusive).
   
3. Regular Classes on December 23rd
   December 23rd, is a regular working day, so I’ll be holding normal classes.
   ALSO If you’d like to use this day to catch up on any missed lessons, it’s possible to schedule catch-up sessions as well. Please reach out to me if you’d like to take advantage of this opportunity.
   
   
4. Conversations on December 27th 
   On Friday, December 27th I’ll be available only for conversation sessions. Also for conversations catch up - lmk if you are interested.​
   
5. Advent Reflections Invitation
   I’m halfway through my Advent reflections, and I’d love for you to explore them. I’ve poured my heart into writing. They’re a personal read but I have tried to craft them nicely.

1. Christmas Break - Absence Notification
If you are planning a Christmas break, please inform me of the days you will be absent as soon as possible. To do this, fill in the absence form in your learning space. Please don't wait until the last moment to submit this information.
2. Christmas Break Duration
The length of the Christmas break will depend largely on the data you provide in your absence forms. Once I have sufficient information from everyone, I will announce the final end date of the break.
3. Americano Course Adjustments
For those in the Americana course:
To avoid missing classes in December, our next session will focus on a lesson instead of a conversation. Please prepare for a 45-minute session rather than the usual 30 minutes.
4. Catch-Up Opportunities
There will be opportunities to catch up on missed lessons. I encourage you not to leave this hanging. However, details will only be finalized after I receive everyone's absence forms.
5. Quizlet Test Postponed
The Quizlet test, initially planned for December, will now take place at the beginning of January.

• Updated
• Solid and shared with me by then.
